On Easter 2008, the renowned sci-fi writer John C. Wright entered the Catholic Church after a lifetime of atheism. This is his conversion story:
My conversion was in two parts: a natural part and a supernatural part.
Here is the natural part: first, over a period of two years my hatred toward Christianity eroded due to my philosophical inquiries.

Banished From Australian Playgroup for Being Australian
They say that multiculturalism boils down to “Asia for Asians, Africa for Africans, white countries for everybody.” But this is overly optimistic, unless you keep in mind that “everybody” does not include white people. From Australia:
Like most mothers with young children, [Tara] Coverdale enjoys opportunities to socialise with other mothers of children the same age while on maternity leave, especially in her neighbourhood in inner-city Sydney.

Government May Shaft Public Workers on Student Loans
That which Big Government gives, Big Government can take away. Likewise, that which Big Government promises, it might refuse to give in the first place. Looks like some activists will receive an unsurprising reward for putting their trust in the Leviathan:
More than 550,000 people have signed up for a federal program that promises to repay their remaining student loans after they work 10 years in a public service job.

A priest and a rabbi were sitting next to each other on an airplane.

After a while, the priest turned to the rabbi and asked: "Is it still a requirement of your faith that you not eat pork?"

The rabbi responded: "Yes, that is still one of our beliefs." The priest then asked: "Have you ever eaten pork?"

To which the rabbi replied: "Yes, on one occasion I did succumb to temptation and tasted a ham sandwich."

The priest nodded in understanding and went on with his reading.

A while later, the rabbi spoke up and asked the priest: "Father, is it still a requirement of your church that you remain celibate?"

The priest replied: "Yes, that is still very much a part of our faith."

The rabbi then asked him: "Father, have you ever fallen to the temptations of the flesh?"

The priest replied: "Yes, rabbi, on one occasion I was weak and broke with my faith."

The rabbi nodded understandingly and remained silently thinking for about five minutes.

Finally, the rabbi said: "Beats a ham sandwich, doesn't it?"
