Weed industry under Trump could go up in smoke- Update (February 24, 2017): The Trump administration on Thursday announced for the first time that it plans to crack down on marijuana sales in states that provide recreational weed, placing the growing multi-billion dollar industry in jeopardy. While the White House provided few details about what such enforcement would entail, Vocativ last month explored the ways in which the Justice Department — led by Attorney General Jeff Sessions, an anti-marijuana crusader — could wreak havoc on legal weed.

ONLY IN AMERICA!
I talked to a to a homeless man this morning and asked him how he ended up this way.

He said, "Up until last week, I still had it all.  I had plenty to eat, my clothes were washed
and pressed, I had a roof over my head, I had HDTV and Internet, and I went to the gym,
the pool, and the library. I was working on my MBA on-line.  I had no bills and no debt.
I even had full medical coverage."

I felt sorry for him, so I asked, "What happened?  Drugs?  Alcohol?  Divorce?"

"Oh no, nothing like that," he said.  "No, no.... I was paroled."

Please join me in remembering a great icon of the entertainment community.

The Pillsbury Doughboy died yesterday of a yeast infection and trauma complications from repeated pokes in the belly. He was 71. Doughboy was buried in a lightly greased coffin.

Dozens of celebrities turned out to pay their respects, including Mrs. Butterworth, Hungry Jack, the California Raisins, Betty Crocker, the Hostess Twinkies, and Captain Crunch.

The grave site was piled high with flours. Aunt Jemima delivered the eulogy and lovingly described Doughboy as a man who never knew how much he was kneaded.

Born and bread in Minnesota, Doughboy rose quickly in show business, but his later life was filled with turnovers. He was not considered a very smart cookie, wasting much of his dough on half-baked schemes. Despite being a little flaky at times, he was a crusty old man who was considered a positive roll model.

Doughboy is survived by his wife Play Dough, three children: John Dough, Jane Dough and Dosey Dough, plus they had one in the oven.

He is also survived by his elderly father, Pop Tart. The funeral was held at 3:50 for about 20 minutes.
