SUSIE'S SAVANNAH SHRIMP FRITTATA

Recipe: Its just two eggs with two tablespoon of water, first saute your onion and celery, add shrimp or whatever and season according to how you like it and then add the eggs on top make sure your veggies and shrimp are cooked through before adding egg! You can always throw some spinach, asparagus in there too! This is like a Quiche but stove top style! This frittata slides right out!
