Oven Baked Blueberry Donuts
1 Cup of Plain All Purpose Flour
3/4 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
3/4 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
1/3 Cup of Caster Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup of Low Fat Vanilla Yoghurt
1 Egg
250g Fresh Blueberries
Pour in your blueberries and gently stir with the dough. Spoon in the mixture into a lightly greased donut pan. Fill them until they are 2/3 full. They only take about 10 minutes to bake at 375°F.
