Boil a gallon of water.
Then add the Organic Gunpowder Grean Tea after the water quits boiling. About 4 TBS
Let it steep 5-10 minutes.
Filter into gallon jug and sweeten.
Then you can saute the leftover tea leaves like spinach- or good in soups and stews, even chili.
It expands quite a bit.
