The importance of good grammar!
Correct Use of a Preposition
On the occasion of my friend's 58th birthday, he got a gift certificate from his wife.  The certificate paid for a visit to a medicine man living on a nearby reservation that was rumored to have a wonderful cure for erectile dysfunction.  After being persuaded, he drove to the reservation, handed the ticket to the medicine man, and wondered what he was in for.  The old man slowly, methodically produced a potion, handed it to him, and with a grip on his shoulder, warned, 'This is powerful medicine and it must be respected. You take only a teaspoonful and then say '1-2-3.'  When you do that, you will become more manly than you have ever been in your life and you can perform as long as you want.'
He was encouraged.  As he walked away, he turned and asked, 'How do I stop the medicine from working? '  
'Your partner must say 1-2-3-4,' he responded.  But when she does, the medicine will not work again until the next full moon.'  
He was eager to see if it worked.  He went home, showered, shaved, took a spoonful of the medicine, and then invited his wife to join him in the bedroom. When she came in, he took off his clothes and said, '1-2-3!'  Immediately, he was the manliest of men.  His wife was excited and began throwing off her clothes. And then she asked. 'What was the 1-2-3 for?'
And that, boys and girls, is why we should never end our sentences with a preposition!

Not taking away from the Tiger but:
When Ben Hogan made his comeback less than a year after being hit head-on by a greyhound bus, he finished second after a playoff in the first tournament he played and went on to win six major championships. Tiger finished 47th. Nothing against Woods, it’s very admirable him showing up to play after that but don’t call it a comeback yet. My point is you should be hearing their names in the same sentence at least until Woods wins something. But the media is too busy fellating Tiger. Why leave out the fact that someone done this before? It’s nearly an identical situation. Perhaps it’s that Hogan was a white religious conservative and USAF veteran and doesn’t fit the modern liberal media agenda? Just a thought.

There was no “insurrection” at the United States Capitol on Jan. 6, according to the FBI. Reuters reports:
The FBI has found scant evidence that the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol was the result of an organized plot to overturn the presidential election result, according to four current and former law enforcement officials.
This report is a devastating blow to President Joe Biden and Democrats, who have attempted to make the existence of an “insurrection” on Jan. 6 a key issue in the 2022 midterm elections. Reuters does note that some “cells of protesters,” including members of the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys, did coordinate to “break into the Capitol,” but the FBI found “no evidence that the groups had serious plans about what to do if they made it inside.”

Conservative Lt. Col. Allen West had to be escorted out of a building on the University of Buffalo campus as hostile students swarmed him.
The incident occurred on Thursday when West, who is a black conservative, was confronted by the leftist students ironically shouting “Black Lives Matter,” The Daily Wire reported.
Footage shared from the Young America’s Foundation (YAF), who sponsored the event, showed the crazed students screaming at West, who gave a speech titled “America is Not Racist,” as police escorted him to a squad car to get him to safety.
The near 200 students were shouting “Black Lives Matter,” “No Justice, No Peace” and, later, “Say it loud, I’m black and I’m proud” apparently oblivious to West’s race.
After the conservative’s speech, one female student, who is black, made reference to West’s black skin and scolded him for “ignoring the struggle of your own people” and validating the conservative views of other students, whom she referred to as “oppressors.”
The female continued to berate West, repeatedly calling him an “embarrassment” and saying she does not want to hear his responses to her numerous grievances, which mostly stemmed from West being black and conservative and highlighting the problem of fatherlessness in black homes.
