POLAR BEAR HUNTING OUT OF CONTROL

An elderly widow shot and wounded two boys, twelve and thirteen years old, after being terrorized by them repeatedly and throwing a brick through her window. Even in a gun averse city like Chicago and state like Illinois, the woman will not be charged with a crime, but the two punks will be.
There is a web site called the Thug Report and as their caption reads, it’s “Urban Crime News Straight From ‘da Hood.”
There are many excuses/reasons people can use to try and explain this phenomenon of thuggish behavior, but none will suffice.
