Best 3-Ingredient Pancake Recipe Ever

The Best 3-Ingredient Pancake Recipe Ever
.
The ingredients: One banana, one egg, one tablespoon of almond butter (or any nut butter) and coconut oil (or any neutral cooking oil).
The prep: In a small bowl, mash the banana with a fork. Next, stir in the egg and almond butter. (Note: You could also combine all of the whole ingredients in a blender, but who can be bothered with that bulky cleanup?)
The execution: Heat a tablespoon of coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Drop small portions of the banana mixture onto the heated skillet and cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side (until golden brown).
That’s literally it. Easy, delicious and healthy. Bon appétit.

GERMANS DEMAND MERKEL CHARGED WITH TREASON- MAYBE WE KNOW SOMEBODY

Hundreds of Germans are attempting to bring criminal charges against Chancellor Angela Merkel, accusing her of treason by opening the borders of Germany to mass migration.
The Federal Prosecutors office in Karlsruhe, Germany, has received over 400 letters calling for it to open an investigation into Chancellor Merkel, the elected leader of the German government for high treason.
The complaints cite the chancellor’s decision to open the borders of the nation to all comers in September, since when they claim “an unhindered flow of refugees have poured into Germany”.
Under German law, anyone who attempts to affect change to the German republic or damage the constitutionalorder by force or threat of force is guilty of high treason.
The letter, of which dozens more are received by the state prosecutor every day and is reproduced by Compact magazine, insists the migrant flood satisfies the conditions, as demographic change is altering the existence of the republic.
In introducing the pro-forma letter, Compact offers a quote commonly misattributed to American founding father Thomas Jefferson justifying the action: “When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty, before adding “now everything is at stake”.
Citing the German constitution, which in article 20 paragraph enshrines the right of Germans “to resist any person seeking to abolish this constitutional order, if no other remedy is available”, the call to action remarks that to “safeguard our identity” their goal is now “the overthrow of the chancellor”.
The forcing of migrants on communities, which involves the government seizing property such as parks, sports centres, and private dwellings to create asylum accommodation is a form of violence, the letter contends, making Chancellor Merkel’s actions genuinely treasonous.

The One Piece of Marriage Advice

The One Piece of Marriage Advice My Dad Gave Me Before I Said ‘I Do’

It was right before my wedding, and seemingly out of nowhere my dad turned to me and said:
“I have one thing I want to tell you about marriage, and if you listen to this advice, you won’t need much more. Spend 20 minutes of every day focused on each other. No matter how busy your day is, you have to find the time to intentionally focus on one other.”
I thought for a second, but it made immediate sense to me.
I’d already seen how busy weeks made us miss each other, even if we’d technically been sharing the same space. How sometimes, we’d get into bed after a really long day and for the first time in hours, look at each other with no screens or stresses, plans or pretenses, questions or expectations between us. How in those moments we’d really see each other and say “hi!” — totally realizing we’d been disconnected for hours. And how too many of those days strung together made me feel a little incomplete.   Article By

MORE MIGRANT CRISIS IN THE EU

Migrants wait to cross the Austrian-German border at the Innbruecke bridge near the Austrian village of Braunau and the German village Simbach am Inn on October 27, 2015 - AFP / Christof Stache

BERLIN: Bavaria’s state premier on Tuesday blasted Austria for waving through thousands of migrants to Germany without informing local authorities and called on Chancellor Angela Merkel to intervene.
“Austria’s behaviour is hurting our neighbourly relations. We cannot and should not deal with each other this way,” premier Horst Seehofer told the Passauer Neue Presse in an interview.
Bavaria, in southeastern Germany, borders Austria and has been the main gateway for hundreds of thousands of asylum seekers arriving in Germany in recent months.
Bavarian authorities, already struggling to cope with the record numbers, are accusing Vienna of failing to inform them when new arrivals are on their way.
They complain that the lack of coordination is leaving them scrambling at the last minute to find resources to welcome the newcomers.
Austrian police rejected the claims as “a joke”, saying both sides are in constant contact over coordination on the asylum seeker influx.
“Usually we don’t comment on political statements but the fact is that if Austria receives 11,000 people in Spielfeld on a daily basis, Bavaria cannot say that it will just process up to 50 people an hour at its border. That’s a joke,” said police spokesman David Furtner.
“Plus this doesn’t meet German standards: the government said that all refugees would be welcome. There seems to be a problem of interpretation by German national police who counteract the directive with restrictions (in migrant numbers),” he added.
Merkel herself sought to calm nerves, saying that Germany has had “constant contact with Austria in recent weeks, likewise today, tomorrow and the day afternoon too.”
Vienna sang the same tune, with Faymann’s office speaking of the “close contact” with Merkel.
Austria and Germany are both members of Europe’s borderless Schengen zone. MORE

THE JOKER WE ELECTED IN 2008 HASN'T WORKED OUT BUT GOOD LUCK, GUATEMALA

GUATEMALA CITY: Comedian and political neophyte Jimmy Morales, elected president of Guatemala in a landslide, faced the morning-after challenge of restoring confidence in a state ravaged by corruption, gang violence and poverty.
The 46-year-old conservative swept to victory Sunday on a tide of voter outrage over a corruption scandal that felled his predecessor, Otto Perez.
“With this election you have made me president, I received a mandate and that mandate is to fight the corruption that has consumed us,” Morales said on national TV.
“Thank you for this vote of confidence. My commitment remains to God and the Guatemalan people, and I will work with all my heart and strength not to defraud you.”
Morales, a comic actor and TV personality who has never held elected office, now must set about governing an impoverished Central American country with little to work with but high public expectations and a deep yearning for change.
His conservative FCN-Nacion party holds only 11 seats in the 158-seat Congress.
“What we ask of the government is concrete results from the first day,” said Jorge Briz, head of an umbrella group that represents the private sector. READ MORE

JOKES OF THE DAY 102815

==========================================================
Everyone seems to be in such a hurry to scream 'prejudice' these days...

A customer asked, "In what aisle can I find the Polish sausage?"

The clerk asks, "Are you Polish?"

The guy, clearly offended, says, "Yes I am, but let me ask you something.  If I had asked for Italian sausage, would you ask me if I was Italian?  Or if I had asked for German Bratwurst, would you ask me if I was German?  Or if I asked for a kosher hot dog would you ask me if I was Jewish?  Or if I had asked for a Taco, would you ask if I was Mexican?  Or if I asked for some Irish whiskey, would you ask if I was Irish?"

The clerk says, "No, I probably wouldn't."

The guy says, "Well then, because I asked for Polish sausage, why did you ask me if I'm Polish?"

The clerk replied, “Because you're in Ace Hardware."

Happy Halloween

A couple was invited to a swanky costume party.  The Mrs. got a terrible headache and told her husband to go to the party alone.

He being a devoted husband protested, but she argued and said she was going to take some aspirin and go to bed and there was no need for his good time being spoiled by not going.

So he took his costume and away he went. The wife, after sleeping soundly for about an hour, awakened without pain and, as it was still early, decided to go the party.

Since her husband did not know what her costume was, she thought she would have some fun by watching her husband to see how he acted when she was not with him.

She joined the party and soon spotted her husband cavorting around on the dance floor, dancing with every nice woman he could and copping a little feel here and a little kiss there.

His wife sidled up to him and being a rather seductive babe herself, he left his current partner high and dry and devoted his time to the new babe that had just arrived. She let him go as far as he wished, naturally, since he was her husband. Finally, he whispered a little proposition in her ear and she agreed.

So off they went to one of the cars and had a quickie.

Just before unmasking at midnight, she slipped away, went home, put the costume away and got into bed, wondering what kind of explanation he would make for his behavior.

She was sitting up reading when he came in, and she asked what kind of a time he had.

He said: 'Oh, the same old thing. You know I never have a good time when you're not there.'

'Did you dance much?'

'I'll tell you, I never even danced one dance. When I got there, I met Pete, Bill Brown and some other guys, so we went into the den and played poker all evening. But you're not going to believe what happened to the guy I loaned my costume to....'

During a commercial airline flight an experienced Navy pilot was seated next to a young mother with a babe in arms.

When the baby began crying during the descent for landing, the mother began nursing the infant as discreetly as possible. The pilot pretended not to notice, and, upon disembarking, he gallantly offered his assistance to help with the various baby-related items. When the young mother expressed her gratitude, the pilot responded, "that's a good looking baby, and he sure was hungry!"

Somewhat embarrassed, the mother explained that her pediatrician said that the time spent on the breast would help alleviate pressure in the ears.

The Navy pilot sadly shook his head, and in true pilot fashion exclaimed, "And all these years, I've been chewing gum."

A man and a woman were having a quiet, romantic dinner in a fine restaurant.
They were gazing lovingly at each other and holding hands.

The waitress, taking another order at a table a few steps away, suddenly noticed the woman slowly sliding down her chair, under the table and under the table cloth
but the man stared straight ahead.

The waitress watched as the woman slid all the way down her chair and totally out of sight under the tablecloth. Still, the man stared straight ahead.

The waitress, thinking this behavior a bit risqué and worried that it might offend other diners, went over to the table and, tactfully, began by saying to the man:
"Pardon me sir, but I think your wife just slid under the table."

The man calmly looked up at her and said:  "No, she didn't .......... she just walked in."

ISLAM MAKES THE IMPORTANCE OF THE 2ND AMENDMENT MORE OBVIOUS

The latest wave of violence from the Religion of Peace would have taken more lives if not for law-abiding Israeli citizens carrying guns:
Israeli President Benjamin Netanyahu made a controversial call earlier this month for citizens who legally own firearms to bring them to the streets to increase security amid the wave of stabbings.
“The responsible civilian population — in the framework of the rule of law — has a part to play,” Israeli government spokesman Mark Regev said in an interview with CNN Oct. 15. “We’ve urged Israelis to be vigilant. … Having the civilian population work closely with law enforcement is one of the keys in defeating this threat.”
The current “wave of terror” where Palestinians attack Israeli citizens has taken at least 10 lives, but the death toll might very well have been higher if it wasn’t for armed civilians.
Attackers are much more likely to die because civilians have armed themselves in recent weeks. Fatalities among Palestinians more than double that of stabbing victims during October.
Naturally “human rights” organizations, which reflexively side with the bad guys, squealed like stuck pigs.
Amnesty International and The Israeli Information Center for Human Rights in the Occupied Territories were quick to condemn the idea.
However, Netanyahu’s policy of empowering the individual by acknowledging the natural right of self-defense is working well:
So far, the only reported instance of a person getting killed by accident was from a police officer who shot an Eritrean refugee he believed was a second attacker during a shooting that killed an Israeli soldier.
Instances that revolve around civilians have instead mainly been self-defense, in which twoseparate cases have seen civilians take down stabbers attempting to attack them.
In total, at least 10 civilians and 28 attackers have died during the “wave of terror,” according to The New York Times.
No wonder Europeans, who have been placed in the same boat as Israel by the quislings allowing the ongoing invasion by Muslim “refugees,” wish they had guns too.

Former Nazi airport Berlin’s shelter for refugees

BERLIN:  The former Berlin airport Tempelhof, once a monument of Nazi Germany’s ambitions before later becoming a symbol of the Cold War, has now been turned into a temporary shelter for hundreds of refugees.
Soldiers, firefighters and volunteers have set up 72 tents in a hangar, with each tent to house 10 refugees.
The asylum seekers will sleep in bunk-beds but have to be transported to a public swimming pool for baths as the hangar is not fitted with showers.
In all, two hangars have been requisitioned to house 1,200 of asylum seekers as Berlin, like other German cities, is fast running out of options to house a record number of migrants.
Germany is expecting to record up to a million new arrivals this year alone, many fleeing from war-torn Syria.
Tempelhof echoes Berlin’s turbulent and troubled history.
On its northwestern edge looms the huge semi-circular former airport terminal, typical of the Nazis’ architectural gigantism, built between 1936 and 1941.

REFUGEES BRING DEADLY DISEASES

Any sane civilization would repel this army of conquest by any means necessary. Europeans would rather perish than be politically incorrect.
Ebola arose in Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia, in part because the health systems of the affected countries had been weakened by years of conflict and human migration. That same combination is now present in the Islamic State-occupied areas of Syria, Iraq and Libya, as well as in Yemen.
We are already seeing the consequences of drawn-out Islamic State occupation and the subsequent halting of public-health interventions in places under the terrorist group’s control. These include the re-emergence of vaccine-preventable diseases such as polio and measles but also a dramatic increase in leishmaniasis. Known in Syria as “Aleppo evil” because of its ability to disfigure the faces of young people, leishmaniasis is a parasitic disease transmitted by sandflies. Dengue fever is also now widespread in the Middle East and parts of North Africa, while deadly Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus infections appear regularly on the Arabian Peninsula.

PUTIN PROUD CHRISTIAN

First of all, I am not campaigning for President Putin. I don’t pretend to understand him; it would be presumptuous to do so. But his Christian footprints are recognizable at this point.
So… can we trust Donald Trump’s claim to be a Christian? Or can we trust president Obama’s (lower case intentional) claims to be a Christian?
We are commanded to pray for all people in positions of leadership that the Lord would direct their thoughts and actions toward His purposes. All people. So I can’t discriminate here.
I will say this. When I pray for Obama, I have to fight my anger at his behavior. When I pray for Trump, I have to wonder if he is just another deceiver, like Obama. But when I pray for Mr. Putin, I have an internal sense that he has some part of his heart that is reserved for the Lord.
And I would bet Mr. Putin can recall a favorite scripture more quickly than Mr. Trump.
Here’s one thought. There is talk in the looney-sphere that Mr. Putin is throwing a wrench into the plans of the “New World Order.” Sounds good to me.

PUTIN BRAGS 94 TERRORIST TARGETS HIT IN SYRIA IN 24 HOURS

MOSCOW: Russian jets struck 94 targets in war-torn Syria over the past 24 hours, the highest one-day tally since the Kremlin began its month-old bombing campaign, the Russian defence ministry said Monday.
“In 59 sorties in the past 24 hours, Russia’s air force hit 94 terrorist targets in the provinces of Hama, Idlib, Latakia, Damascus, Aleppo and Deir Ezzor,” the defence ministry said in a statement.
Moscow says the bombing campaign that began on September 30 targets Islamic State jihadists and other “terrorists,” but the West claims the strikes have focused on moderate rebels fighting Russian-backed President Bashar al-Assad’s forces.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said last week that Russia air strikes had killed at least 446 people, more than a third of them civilians.
The Kremlin on Monday insisted Russian forces had been carefully avoiding residential areas.
“Our military officers have said many times that terrorists […] often hide in residential areas,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov was quoted as saying by RIA Novosti state news agency.
“In this case [the military] makes a choice not to hit residential neighbourhoods.”
On Monday, defence ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov dismissed a claim by the Syrian-American Medical Society that the Russian strikes had hit medical facilities, killing civilians and medical personnel.
“The true purpose of these organisations is to create unsourced information for designated media outlets to pick up,” Konashenkov said in comments broadcast on state television. – AFP

PUTIN BEHIND MONTENEGRO UNREST

LJUBLJANA: Montenegro’s Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic on Monday brushed off violent protests calling for his resignation, insisting they were not a threat to his country’s stability.
Riot police in the Montenegrin capital Podgorica fired tear gas on Saturday night to disperse several thousand people demanding free, fair elections organised by a transitional government in place of Djukanovic, in the third such clash in a week.
Fifteen police officers were injured in the latest unrest, including one who was hurt seriously, according to the interior minister.
Djukanovic, who has been in power since 1990, has accused the opposition of trying to prevent the country’s NATO membership, saying he is convinced Russia is behind the protests.
He has previously rejected demands to resign, offering to call early elections after December’s NATO meeting when the Balkan country is expected to be invited to join the alliance.
Djukanovic on Monday defended Montenegro’s move to join NATO and its shift towards “new values which the country has not been very inclined to in the past”.
“We know that many don’t believe in this process and want to force us to turn back,” he added.
Montenegro, which gained independence from neighbouring Serbia in 2006, has a strong Serbian community traditionally allied with Russia, which bitterly opposes the alliance’s eastward expansion.

Jon Voight: 'Progressive' is Very Devious Term--Created as Substitute for 'Communist'

Actor Jon Voight, 1969's Oscar winner for "Midnight Cowboy" and currently starring in the hit Showtime series "Ray Donovan," is interviewed in the December issue of Cigar Aficionado magazine.
On politics:
“There are a lot of conservatives in Hollywood, and they’re not very welcome. It’s a big surprise that we’ve come to this juncture where people with patriotic thoughts could not find a home in Hollywood.
“I think the word ‘progressive’ is a very devious term. It was created as a substitute for ‘communist.' What they propose is the reverse of progress. It’s some that that does taste of communism and Karl Marx’s pernicious philosophy.”
On his Catholic faith:
“I think when we want to do something for the good—to help other people—we get the help we need. At one point in my career, I made that commitment, and I got help. The hardest lesson is to acknowledge my own weakness and to forgive myself for my mistakes. And to overcome my meaner leanings. But self-forgiveness is a big deal.”
On daughter Angelina Jolie:
"I love my daughter, I'm very impressed with her directing. I thought 'Unbroken' was brilliant."

MOHAMMED'S RETIREMENT PLAN WILL DESTROY EUROPE

European leaders talk about two things these days; preserving European values by taking in Muslim migrants and integrating Muslim migrants into Europe by getting them to adopt European values.
It does not occur to them that their plan to save European values depends on killing European values.
The same European values that require Sweden, a country of less than 10 million, to take in 180,000 Muslim migrants in one year also expects the new “Swedes” to celebrate tolerance, feminism and gay marriage. Instead European values have filled the cities of Europe with Shariah patrols, unemployed angry men waving ISIS flags and the occasional public act of terror.
European countries that refuse to invest money in border security instead find themselves forced to invest money into counterterrorism forces. And those are bad for European values too.
But, as Central European countries are discovering, European values don’t have much to do with the preservation of viable functioning European states. Instead they are about the sort of static Socialism that Bernie Sanders admires from abroad. But even a Socialist welfare state requires people to work for a living. Maine’s generous welfare policies began collapsing once Somali Muslims swarmed in to take advantage of them. Denmark and the Dutch, among other of Bernie Sanders’ role models, have been sounding more like Reagan and less like Bernie Sanders or Elizabeth Warren.
Two years ago, the Dutch King declared that, “The classic welfare state of the second half of the 20th century in these areas in particular brought forth arrangements that are unsustainable in their current form.” That same year, the Danish Finance Minister called for the “modernization of the welfare state.”
But the problem isn’t one of modernization, it’s medievalization.
27% of Moroccans and 21% of Turks in the Netherlands are unemployed. It’s 27% in Denmark for Iraqis. And even when employed, their average income is well below the European average.
Critics pointed out in the past that a multicultural America can’t afford the welfare states that European countries have. Now that those same countries are turning multicultural, they can’t afford them either.
Europe invested in the values of its welfare state. The Muslim world invested in large families. Europe expects the Muslim world to bail out its shrinking birth rate by working and paying into the system so that its aging population can retire. The Muslim migrants however expect Europe to subsidize their large families with its welfare state while they deal some drugs and chop off some heads on the side.
Once again, European values are in conflict with European survival.

How the Mohammed retirement plan will kill Europe.
